Is it just me or are photos of the event hard to come by?

Nah, it’s not just you. Photos are virtually impossible to find but http://www.pontificalmass.org announced a CD and photos of the event. So let’s wait and see…

The two altar servers shown in the last photo, along with the two vimps, wore red copes. I’ve never seen servers in copes before. What is the tradition/significance behind this?

las fotos muy buenas, me gustariá saber mas de lo que fué esta Misa , me interesa la liturgía, si es Misa tridentina no debe ser concelebrada, porque la concelebración es algo que creo que es nuevo pos-concilio, porque el ornato si bien es muy bonito, la liturguia es más importante , la SANTA MISA ES DE DIOS Y PARA DIOS. muchas gracias os saludo en CRISTO NUESTRO SEÑOR espolon

  Te recomiendo leer el famoso libro del padre jesuita Josef Jungmann, “La Misa del Rito Romano”. 700 paginas de texto que habla sobre la historia de la misa en el Oeste del siglo IV hasta el baroque.
