Spanish Antiquity: La Moreneta

On the craggy mountains of Cataluña hides the monastery of Santa Maria de Montserrat, home of a rare Black Madonna: La Moreneta. This is the same statue whereby St. Ignatius of Loyola laid down his armor and adopted the life of Christ.
