Which Riseth up to Heaven…

“Let my prayer be directed as incense in thy sight; the lifting up of my hands, as evening sacrifice. Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth: and a door round about my lips.”–Ps. 141

Awesome pictures! Represents beautifully the symbolism of incense! (Especially that last photo…love the stained glass as well!)

I loved those pictures. Who is the person in the stained glass?

  4. Lois Schmidt Says:

I like the fact that the priests are actually wearing real Catholic chasubles – not outlandish, ugly modernist garb. And yes, the photos are beautiful, the stained glass window is lovely.

  5. Lois Schmidt Says:

But isn’t that a little contradictory? The priest as the representative of Christ, ‘alter Christus,’ wears the Cross on the front and back of the chasuble as he offers the Holy Sacrfice of the Mass, so then anthing outlandish would not be fitting.

  6. Cecilia Says:

Who is that in the stained glass window?
